★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is great, they always stay in contact with me and keep me updated on my moms health. My mom engages in all the activities, the staff wants them to be active and not alone in their rooms. She shares a room but has some privacy and she doesn't seem to mind having roommates. I definitely would recommend memory care at Bayshire.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is wonderful, caring and friendly. They really care about my mom and they notify me immediately if she needs something or if she is not feeling well. They keep the families updated with the monthly calendars. Before my mom moved in she colored or watched television. Now she is engaged in so many activities. I know she is happier there and being around others.

CriticalGoing through a lot of ownership/management changes. New staff, but more on staff which is nice. The food served isn't bad, but could be more fresh. I would recommend Bayshire Yorba Linda.
★★★★★

Communication is good when loved one has an issue. Move in was a joke, didn't complete paperwork until 2 weeks after already moved in. Meals are plentiful, sometimes served cold, salads could be fresher and meal times are too early with only one hour for each meal but they do have an all day menu of a few items. They should email family members about…

PositiveIt's a great place, and I would recommend to all.
