Highs and lows

The care staff is great overall, better than where she was before. More responsive overall, although occasionally she has to call down to remind them of something she needs. The prices seem to go up frequently. It's a very expensive place.

Recommend to people who are still mobile and somewhat independent

It's a mixed bag of answers where they have done extremely well in some areas, but are lacking in others due to being shorthanded and high turnover of helpers. We are providing our own caregivers to come there during the day to make sure my mom receives her meals in a timely manner. To be fair, my mom has a bad attitude sometimes and can be a difficult patient. Personally, I feel the cost of care there is extremely high, considering we are bringing in caregivers to help. Rude management

General Manager does not know what she is doing is. Management is going downhill. Place is falling apart. Corporate Greed. Beautiful facility. Some staff truly do care. They need more hands on deck over there.

Things have been much better than we anticipated at this facility. We had no idea what to expect. But so far, it's been a terrific experience. Mom is thriving here. She's extremely comfortable at this facility and loves it. She has from day 1, which shocked all of us. Her Dementia makes most things challenging, but the staff here is very skilled at handling those challenges. Rude Upper Management

The Manager [name removed] has no people skills. She is extremely rude defensive and unapologetic for her very unkind and inappropriate responses. Unfortunately, her poor attitude has a trickle-down effect and the other departments follow in the same manner. If you have a problem do not expect good customer service and if it has anything to do with finances or any explanation thereof do not expect a reasonable explanation.

This community was amazing and top notch however, it was out of my loved ones budget. There were a lot of amenities and everything of another community that I was looking at but the only difference is that this building was very big. The residents were also different based on the budget so I did not feel like my loved one would feel at home.
