Why does she appear uncared for such as unbathed and dehydrated

So the only positive thing I can say is she was not in her own waste but as far as nutritional and personal hygiene care it was apparent to be forgotten for quite sometime . On top of it dehydrated . We place our loved ones in the care of these facilities expecting them to treat them as they would their own families. If this is what the believe to be okay well we may need to reconsider a new place for my loved one. Inhumane Place

I don't understand why, or how this place is still in business. I have a family member in there right now, and the things I am being told about the this place make my blood boil. There are residents laying in the Halls naked and sprawled out. Not getting the proper meds or the proper amount or at the proper time. Patient requested the documentation of what meds the patient was supposed to be on for verification that she's taking the right ones. They have not given her HER documents that she's been asking for. Every employee provided the kindest and most effective support. This included Social Workers, nurses, physical therapists, assistants, doctors, technicians, desk clerks, janitors, health insurance advisors, and Senior Management. Please leave no one out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Belmont Terrace gives a nice first impression - Do Not Be Fooled! Medical care is lacking - nursing staff not very skilled at all. Not caring what happens to you - all lip service. Phony as it comes. All the advertised promo on the place is inaccurate. My Mom had a stroke and the nursing staff did not even know what a stroke was - did nothing to help her. She died. Its up to you if this is the fate you or a loved one wants.
