Belmont Village review

I am paying much more than I am getting in return. Its very hard to get staff to communicate with resident reps, children or health care surrogates. I was so excited to move Mom here but my expectations have not been lived up to. They sell a good story but its pretty much a fairytale.

Recommended

My husband and I are currently residents at Belmont Village Fort Lauderdale and most everything has been great for us here, so far. Overall, it has been a great experience. The care here is excellent. I would recommend Belmont Village Fort Lauderdale to others.

Parents Are Thriving in a Beautiful Facility

From my parents: A facility like this does take a period of adjustment. Your experience here will be what you make it. The staff really cares about the residents and strives to be friendly and helpful and keep us healthy and active. The number of residents who are in their upper 80's and 90's is a testament to the rich lives we can lead here.

Belmont Village review

Amazing experience and a wonderful positive place extremely beautiful. They made everything easy. Beautiful maintained and clean. Amazingly friendly staff . So far in the short time quality of café is outstanding. The dining is very nice and food looks great. Keeping her very busy and happy. She is in memory care floor and she's doing very well and gaining weight. And looks extremely healthy and happy. It is what it is. It is very costly. Avoid

It’s what they don’t tell you. My Mother was in memory care and fell out of her wheelchair with an aide pushing. Broken femur, concussion. Hospitalized and not allowed to return to Belmont. Why? If you can not bear weight on one foot you are no longer qualified. On two separate tours by family members before deciding on Belmont we were told she could live out her days there. She now requires a long term care facility It cost 30 thousand to move her to [removed]. Plus Belmont keeps charging you until the room is cle…
