★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is new and very high end. The management is easy to work with. Caregivers are generally good but not always because of high staff turnover. The food is average.
★★★★★
PositiveI would recommend. Right size for my Dad and right level of services. Food was really good too.
★★★★★
PositiveOur family had an in person tour and we thought it was absolutely a great tour. The community is much newer and we were told that a family that belongs to some of the workers at the community comes by on Sunday's to help with technical stuff like fixing with Alexa or Siri. However for us it was just way to expensive.
★★★★★
PositiveOur family had an in person tour and this community is brand new and very nice, and the location is very close to our family but they just did not have any availability at the time.
★★★★★
PositiveMy loved one seems to like the food. They are very good at taking ownership of everything, and they have the right people in place to handle any situations. They could be more, consistent with communication on updates with my loved one.
★★★★★
PositiveBelmont Village seems like a great place. It's very nice and new. The staff is very nice. There have been a few issues as it was first starting up, and the restaurant is still a little lacking in consistency. But overall I'm glad my parents moved there. It's pretty expensive but seems worth it. It's a great place in general and improving all the time.
