CriticalRoom for improvement
My father's has definitely had several issues since arriving at Belmont. I think the staff could use additional training in regard to communication. I feel like we were over sold a product that didn't deliver to the extend they claimed. There have been issues with his prescriptions and the services that we pay for to the extent that we discontinued paying the $[removed] additional monthly due to the issues we kept encountering. PositiveBelmont Village's Circle of Friends is a game changer
I liked that it was a bit of a smaller environment. One of the most important services was their Circle of Friends program for those with dementia like my mother. It's made a world of difference in her decline- she has leveled off tremendously

A place for mom was very helpful for us looking for a place for my mom. We visited 5 places and queried a few more. We made a second visit to Belmont. it was by far the best place though very expensive. They have been very supportive and helpful. There have been a few glitches but I would give them a 5. My mother says it is a very nice place and she likes it there
