★★★★★
PositiveThe apartment is very spacious, food in the dining room is good, with bright open spaces with lots of windows. They have very friendly residents and staff. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.
★★★★★
CriticalConnected or adjacent to hospital. That could be a plus or minus for some. Parking was a little challenging. Entry to me kind of felt a bit like I was entering a hospital unit - waiting room to the right with a chapel behind that. The staff and the rooms were very nice. The services were also nice. Great option for respite-care too. For us, it was not the ideal place for us, aesthetically and the location.
★★★★★
PositiveThis really was an amazing place. The staff are incredible to my mom. The manager [name removed] is always willing to talk if we need it. Mom loves to bake and has made so many friends. We're so glad she finally agreed to move here. She loves it.
★★★★★
CriticalThis was an awful experience, the care just wasn't that good. They were supposed to be watching my loved one who had a paralyzed leg. They watched him fall out of his chair, and then didn't know that he broke his ankle until two days later. Nobody checked it for two days! They were not good at all.
