My dad loves the staff, and they love him. He is thriving and happy. His overall wellbeing has improved a lot since moving to Benton House. He's home, and my heart can rest - knowing he is in good hands with everyone there. We give thanks to God for Benton House staff and facility.

PositiveBenton House really didn't seem like a huge bargain for what you were getting. It was nice, but not what we were looking for. It seemed geared more towards memory care than assisted living, which my loved one was not quite ready for.

I liked the first leadership team. I was not impressed with the second team(they have all left). I hear the new team is really good. I would make sure to schedule follow up meetings. It let the staff know you are concerned about your person's care.

I really suggest you continue to do your research on all assisted living communities. Benton House provided all inclusive pricing, including care. The staff have been good to work with the family if we have any questions or concerns. There are three meals a day served to the residents. I believe they could improve variety of options more frequently, especially drink options.
