A Positive Transition for Mom

Having moved in over the holiday two week timeframe There were a couple things that were a little delayed. Meals have been very good with a good variety rather than standard dishes that repeat all the time. Mom has enjoyed the meals. There is a reasonable variety of activities. The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to make my mom comfortable.

I toured this assisted living community, and I was very impressed. The staff was warm and welcoming. The building was clean and inviting, and the residents seemed happy and well-cared-for. It's important to feel your loved ones are in competent hands. I plan to bring my mom here.

I would recommend

We chose Bickford of Cedar Falls because it was close by our home and we had taken dad here for respite care in the prior years when we were gone so he was comfortable with it. It is a very nice facility and I would recommend them to anyone looking.

Our loved one always said that they had good meals and even though he did not take advantage of the activities they did have plenty to offer. He really liked it there and the value for cost is good.

Our loved one recently moved in and so far it has been a really good experience. They certainly have highly trained nursing staff which we really appreciate.
