The place is clean. Overall. They take care of my moms laundry very routinely Room size is great. Staff has been great. During the night some nights she is not checked in as much as suppose to be. Nurses are wonderful. Activity Director is awesome. My mom says for is always the same but that's my mom. Looks fine to me. When I see them preparing it it looks wonderful

CriticalOur Family's Experience - Would not recommend, not enough staff
If your loved one is in need of any rehab services I would not look at this facility. There is not enough staff to care for people who are in need of physical assistance. We had to hire round the clock caregivers to help care for my dad. Also: if your loved one transitions to hospice you should not stay there. They tried but they were not equipped to handle the situation.

PositiveFriendly and home-like atmosphere.
I like the staff very much. They are warm, friendly, and very good at caring for the residents. I understand that it can be hard, but the food is a bit tasteless and not very warm. They could spend a little more time tailoring the activities to the individuals. My father is not a joiner, but he always worked with his hands. He is great at fixing or repairing things. It would be great to have an activity that allows him to quietly construct or repair something.

Rooms were great size but the finishing touches were off. Every room was not fully handicapped accessible. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable, but clearly overworked. If one nurse called in sick, they struggled. Time to respond was a continuous issue. Activities were great and they clearly cared about getting people involved. My father had multiple myeloma and had many hospital stays with pneumonia before becoming weaker and spending some time at Ignite.
