We have a 1 bedroom, the rooms CD are large, you feel like you have your own place. The staff are friendly, get you out for meals and activities. It's nice they can set their own temperature for their room. Good variety of activities.

Big Rapids Fields is a fantastic facility. All the staff are respectful, caring, kind, and truly called to do what they do. They will take excellent care of your loved one. They are also there to help you every step of the way, because navigating placing a family member in assisted living can be a bit of a roller coaster and is uncharted territory for most people. The fields overall is one of the nicest places. It is not so overly large that the residents would feel swallowed up. I am glad we found it for my mom. Overall she is content and has some good friends to be with.

The facility was new and clean. Very friendly. Quality of care was not so good. Administration lies! They told me they would help get her on Medicaid. When the monies were running out. They do not accept Medicaid. So we had to move Mom. Very sad. There were No activities. A big TV for all to watch was all. The lying to folks to fill their beds. They could do some activities with the residents. I liked the new building.

The staff is great. They are very kind, friendly and patient with my mom. The facility is very nice and clean. They have activities for the residents to do. My mom really likes playing bingo and working on puzzles. My mom has made friends with some of the other residents, which has helped her to settle in and be more comfortable there. I would highly recommend the Fields to anyone.
