CriticalThey never had activities. And was insulted by one of the staff there. They recently raised their rates but haven't given their own staff a raise in years. I wouldn't put my worst enemy in that facility.

PositiveGreat place for my husband while he could stay due to an illness he had to leave. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a place to care for a loved one
★★★★★
PositiveI would recommend Biltmore to other families. It's a good place and it's reasonable

CriticalMy mother is no longer at this facility, I will tell you it was not a good place. I could not stay in dining room while they ate. They didn't want me to see the crap they served, there were no activities. Residents would eat their meals, & went right back to their rooms. They never had enough help, only one CNA. I wouldn't even rate them a one! Worst run facility ever, all they did was lie to me, just to get my mom to move there. Someone should send the State to check this place out.
★★★★★
CriticalI would say, as long as [name removed] is the manager there, do not take your loved one to the Biltmore assisted living. She was extremely rude to me and my brothers. However, if she was replaced with someone else like [name removed], I would definitely recommend the Biltmore assisted living.

CriticalThere are not enough CNA'S to work here at Biltmore Assisted Living. There is only one CNA and that's daily. They are very short staffed! They could have more activities, which they have none. The food needs a lot of improvement. It's awful, taste wise. I would not recommend this facility to family and friends.
