★★★★★
PositiveIt was a nice place. The residents all seemed happy. Some were sitting outside on patio visiting with each other and some were in the living room area watching TV. It is a small facility which is able to give residents more one on one time. The chef was unable to be at work so they ordered fried chicken from a local restraunt for lunch and the next cook came in for dinner shift. None of the residents seemed to mind the change. Staff was nice very easy to talk to and genuinely cares for the patients. If we can get o…

PositiveAll of the staff we have been in contact share the same care and concern for our loved one. The staff responds timely to any questions we have.

PositiveI would rate it a 5. We are there roughly every other day. The meals we have seen look good. I am thankful for the staff. They care lovingly for the residents. I understand that many of the residents think they should be cared for by family at home. However, sometimes that is not possible for a variety of reasons. The staff are vigilant and caring. No laundry has been lost. Bluebonnet Court is clean and has no offensive odors, not urine or pinesol or bleach. The residents are comfortable with visiting with us. Staf…

PositiveThey were very attentive to mom's wants and needs. The only reason we moved mom to [community removed], is that they have a separate memory care ward. Mom has dementia but will be getting worse and we wanted her to be in a place where they focus solely on that. To me it's a nursing ward for the memory care patients. She would still be at Bluebonnet if not for her dementia.

PositiveAll staff is attentive, professional and experienced. I would like to say how caring and kind the entire staff was with my father while he was there.

PositiveMoving to bluebonnet was the smartest and best thing we did for my mom. She enjoys the smaller community of residents and all the activities that she has the opportunity to join in with. The staff is amazing and really cares about the residents. Our family has been very happy and satisfied with bluebonnet and would recommend to anyone looking for an assisted living facility.
