Our family's experience

The executive management is the biggest problem. MOST staff try their best but if they are not supported it doesn't work. AND, if staff are not given clear direction and held to account, it doesn't work. While the physical apartments are nice and the frontline staff does their best, the leadership at this facility is highly disappointing. They have a larger room with a separate bedroom from the living area which allows [Name Removed] to sleep while[Name Removed] watches TV. It is a nice comfortable size for them. The staff always appear to be friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my sister and her husband do not partake of many activities there, which was the reason we move them there. Bonaventure of Lacey Senior Living

The manager lied to me about my mom using the f word (my mom has never used that word in her life), she would put on her call button and staff would take a half hour to respond (they were understaffed) there is no one to call after hours (the front door locks at 8:00 pm and is not staffed) the manager was defensive and rude (we filed formal complaints).
