Bonaventure of Medford has been a great spot for mom. The staff is all real friendly and very helpful. They followed the doctors orders as far as prescriptions to medications go. They also report to the doctor about once a week so when we meet once a month we can talk to the doctor about everything that he's been told. That helps us a lot.

Nice place but expensive. We also needed a place that was more accessible for taking care of our dogs. They accept pets, but both myself and wife have difficulty walking them. We moved to [community removed] on the basis of having access to a small patio with a fence. The dogs walked through the fence! We'll be at [community removed], based on the same requirements. Food was not well targeted to my father's diabetes. changed medical bill within 2 weeks. No bridge to Medicaid. Once funds are expended you're out. The facility director spoke poorly of other competing facilities. I felt this was unprofessional
