PositiveVery helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms are generous in size. Some with kitchen and in apt laundry. We don't participate in many of the activities because. they do not appeal to us. PositiveThey were great to my Dad. The one thing that was poor, often was the food quality. I would recommend Bonaventure. The staff was Wonderful, very supportive, kind, patient, and compassionate. My Dad was high needs, very difficult to transfer from chair to bed and other transfers. He said that they were good listeners and always tried to make him happy and comfortable. The very first day he was there they all knew his name.

CriticalSome of the staff don't try very hard and management don't seem to know what they're doing.

Positive5 for all the above! We've had a great experience with Bonaventure of Puyallup! And my mom seems to be having a good experience. If she can afford to live there beyond this recovery period, she would like to stay there indefinitely.
