PositiveI was very pleased with the whole process and my Mom is having a wonderful time there. She looks and feels 10 years younger. The food is great and the grounds are delightful to take a walk through. Only complaint is about the staff turnover. I would give it a 4 only because I don't have any experience to compare it with. I was very pleased with the results and my Mom is very happy and her friends are very impressed.

PositiveBonaventure has been great. There has been some recent admin changes, but they have made these transitions pretty unnoticeable. The staff are kind, courteous, and very helpful. I have been working closely with them, making sure my dad gets the care he needs. The facility is clean and comfortable. The food is good most of the time, but my dad does complain on occasion that things are a little on the cool side. Overall, after two months, all is well at Bonaventure Vancouver!

PositiveStaff is a bit slow to respond because they are not fully staffed and need to hire in ALL area of Bonaventure. However, the staff that are there are very kind, caring, and supportive. The food is EXCELLENT and very reasonably priced for guests. We like Bonaventure, but it would be better if they were fully staffed and put effort into the activities. CriticalThey have a very high staff turnover that impacts services. Apartment size is nice. Has space for washer and dryer which is a must have for us Location is very convenient for getting anywhere. Close to I205 & I5. Not a good walking area though.
