PositiveEverything would be a 5 their great. like the activities they have planned for the residents each day. How they make the new residents feel welcome by providing them a welcome gift with some of the things they like also the meals that are prepared are freshly made each day by a chef. And the constantly check on my dad make sure he's ok and keep his room and clothes clean

CriticalThe facility's was not able to meet the level of care needs of my father as they informed me they could. I had to follow up more than 3 times in the 2 months my father was there on his cleanliness & staff giving him bed baths. This was in his treatment plan. Staff to client ratio I did no fell was adequate. I would go there 7-8 pm there would be 2 staff there and a med tech of med tech & 1 staff. I have called in the evening with no answer and would go there to check on my father. My father would turn down meal…

PositiveI recently had to find an assisted living facility for my uncle. I tried looking for a place on my own but everywhere I looked was either too expensive, too unappealing or both. I decided to use A Place for Mom and found Bradfield Terrace. Bradfield Terrace was the perfect match for my uncle. Affordable rates with the appeal of independent living and appropriate support. Highly recommended!!!

CriticalThis facility is not a place suitable to care for an elderly person diagnosed with dementia. They fail to monitor the residents exiting the facility. There is a security measure to prevent people from entering the facility.
Response from the communityWe always appreciate hearing from others about their experience with our community. We're glad to see you rated areas like cleanliness and activities highly, and we appreciate your recognition of those aspects of our community. While truly sorry to hear about your concerns, we want to clarify that as an assisted living community we're designed for individuals who need some daily support but do not require the secured environment that a specialized Dementia and Memory Care community would provide. Residents in assisted living are free to come and go, often with family, and our staff follow established procedures to ensure we’re aware of departures. If you’d like to discuss your experience further, we’d welcome the opportunity to connect directly. We’re always here to support residents and families the best we can.

PositiveThis is the best place for a senior to stay! The staff are all so friendly and they treat you as if you are part of there family. You have a choice of room size. We choose one room which had everything we needed kitchenette, large bathroom, clothes closet we put a queen size bed, large recliner, nightstand. There are so many things they can do there. Bingo, do crafts, TV room and so much more. They have a bus that takes them out to eat or store.
