CriticalThey are always understaffed, having certain employees work up to 24 hrs. They have a bad issue bed bugs that the owner refuses to bring in professional help. They need to hire an activities person. The owner said, "The state can't touch me, I'm privately owned."

PositiveWhen my mother was in need of assisted living care I found [name removed] and Bradford Villa. [name removed] was a blessing to both me and my mother. [name removed] is the local owner of Bradford Villa (not a corporate manager) and is available 24/7 as not only the owner but a wonderful RN. Bradford Villa is the closest thing to living at home. PositiveBradford Villa provided my mother with assisted living for 8 years. Jeannie, the RN and director, cares deeply about her residents and keeps on top of their medical needs. Her staff in each 8-resident villa cooks meals and assists with showering and dressing as necessary. The Villa provides a home-like setting with common dining and conversation areas.
