★★★★★
PositiveHis room and bathroom are always kept spotless, and everything is well maintained. He has a very small studio apartment, but the size is perfect for his needs and provides a comfortable living space. [name removed], the manager at Pathways at Briarview, is very attentive, caring, and always willing to help. Her staff is also wonderful, friendly, and professional. Everyone treats the residents with kindness, respect, and compassion, and it gives our family peace of mind knowing he is in such good hands.
★★★★★
PositiveMy sister and I researched about five facilities in the general vicinity where my mother lives. Briarview was the best from a cleanliness standpoint as well as staff friendliness. Food is also very good. I definitely have much greater peace of mind knowing my mother is safe and being treated the way we would want her to be.
★★★★★
PositiveI would give them a 5 on all categories! The whole team was amazing! I have recommended Briarview to friends who were in need of care for loved ones. The level of true caring is palpable. I was an RN for 40 years & I can feel when a caregiver is truly "caring" and not just going through the motions.
★★★★★
PositiveOur loved one did not participate much in the facility activities and it is pretty expensive, but worth it. Mom passed last year on [date removed] So we are no longer involved with Briarview. Yes, we would recommend Briarview Senior Living to other families. Everyone was very nice. And it was very safe.
★★★★★
CriticalThere has been countless turnovers with the staff on every level of management and care which says there is a much bigger problem at the top.
★★★★★
CriticalWe removed my Mom from there in June. They were losing staff and residents like crazy. She is at [community name removed] now. Despite their website Briarview does not customize food for elderly folks. It's a waste of money.
