PositiveReview for Bridgeport Place
It was clean, friendly, location, great housekeeping, good looking facility, seasonal decor, activities, transportation....but you are on your own. Supervision is not provided and maybe legally cannot be. So excessive drinking, eating, sexual activity and destructive behavior is possible. Health care is administered and a person's management can exceed the cost of the living space. In our case they did not catch gangrene and he lost his leg. We moved.

What we like the most about Bridgeport Place is that the community is clean. Staff is responsive. Food is sub par. Portions are small. Not enough choices. Service staff has no customer service

CriticalDo not place a loved one here, keep looking.
We were there for one week. $[removed] intake fee. Experienced very little patient care. EMT's were called because of anger instead of working with patient. It is a dementia ward. Instead we were asked to leave. Do you ask all challenging patients to leave. Our bill was another $[removed]+ for the week's services. Our experience was one week= over $[removed] which leaves a bad taste in the mouth and I will never recommend your facility to anyone.
