The food was very good and the room size was quite spacious. My grandma wasn't able to attend the activities because of her lack of sight and hearing. The executive director as well as the lead nurse were very unprofessional and not very compassionate. They wanted my grandma to eat all of her meals in her room and be hand fed because they said she wasn't able to feed herself which was untrue. My grandma's physical therapist requested to have my grandma walk to the dining hall with her walker to which the lead nurse…

CriticalOverall, I'd recommend.
The caregivers and kitchen staff are very friendly. The food is made from scratch and family can eat meals for [Amount removed]. Daily activities for residents. All the residents were friendly and supportive. Negative aspect is lead nurse doesn't seem very compassionate and to be more in charge than the executive director. Also in less than two months I was told they wouldn't be able to give my grandma the level of care they initially agreed to. Even after upping her level of care and charging more.
