★★★★★
PositiveIt was a very nice facility and the Sales director was informative and very helpful. We have decided on another facility a little closer to our other family members.
★★★★★
CriticalVery dark in the lobby. Carpets are heavily stained in hallways. Rooms I was shown looked old. It just felt depressing and not at all like the website. Price was higher than nicer places I visited. Marketing director was not available when I toured and the facility director did my tour and definitely lacked some knowledge. Said she would follow up with email on pricing but never did.

Positive[removed name] was kind and proactive with my mom's care. I felt like most of the staff got to know my mom and her specific needs. Mom had a roommate in an adjoining room with a shared bathroom. It was plenty of space for my mom. The activities that Bristol Park created for their residents were designed to keep the entertained and emotionally, mentally and physically stimulated.
★★★★★
PositiveI have found the Director and staff to be very personable and caring. Any issue we have had they have addressed right away. My mother in law enjoys the activities she can join in at 93. She is a picky eater so her biggest complaint is the food. I find it to be good, trying dishes myself so it is a personal challenge for her.
★★★★★
PositiveMy mom has been there a month and the staff have been proactive with their communication. Clean and caring facility. What stands out is the staff, cleanliness, proactive responsiveness
★★★★★
PositiveI believe the staff tried hard to get to know my mom and her needs. They noticed things and informed us right away. I received pics of mom in the activities and that made us feel better to see her interacting and having fun.
