PositiveI’m excited for my mom to be moving to Brookdale Asheboro in the very near future! [name removed] gave us a tour, explained everything to us and answered all our questions. The facility is top notch!

CriticalEven though an assessment was done of mom BEFORE we chose to move her there and we were assured they would be able to provide for her care, the staff was not properly trained to handle someone who could not assist with transfer or ADL's; there was no Hoyer lift at the facility to aid in transfer leaving mom bruised at times and us concerned for her safety.
