PositiveMy favorite thing about Beckett Meadows is the staff. There are some wonderful, caring people who work there.
Beckett Meadows has a friendly caring staff. The administrators are friendly and willing to meet and talk with you. The resident care coordinator is amazing and even gives people her number in case you need to contact her in an emergency. The front desk receptionists, caregivers, med techs, and those who work directly with the residents are caring, kind, and friendly. The new manager for memory care has been wonderful.

The staff that cared for my wife in her final years was outstanding. [names removed] and others were so caring and so supportive. When my wife first entered Brookdale, I had issues with the management but kept my wife there because of the staff that was with her day-to-day. I'm glad now because the newer management was also supportive and caring. They answered emails and calls and listened when I had concerns. But in my wife's last days, it was the staff closest to her that were so special.
