CriticalWe were delighted with the grounds when we toured the place, but made the mistake of not going to one of the meals. The food was appalling, the activities were non-existent, and it felt like a ship with no captain. In the dining room, on two occasions residents actually said no, my mother couldn't sit with them when I asked, citing rules or saving a spot for someone regular. After two months, we were eager to move her out, as she couldn't bear the bad food. Luckily we found another place where she has been very ha…

PositiveThe staff members are very kind and the facility is well taken of. All senior facilities and hospitals do not have the sufficient number of employees.

Positive[name removed] was awesome, willing to connect with me at any time to set up tours and visits, and to answer questions. She gets five stars! The only wish I have is that there was more information on each facility. For instance is the food good, are the residents kind, are there exercise classes? The first place we took our mom to had dreadful food, and the residents were shockingly unwelcoming. PositiveStaff was really friendly. I liked the courtyard a lot. It had mature landscaping, and it was a safe place for them to be outside as there was no access for them to wonder away. There was a variety of sizes at different prices. We, due to budget, had one of the smallest ones. But the size still was OK for being a smaller floor plan. There's room to have guests and the big window made things feel bigger. It was very clean and updated.
