We were delighted with the grounds when we toured the place, but made the mistake of not going to one of the meals. The food was appalling, the activities were non-existent, and it felt like a ship with no captain. In the dining room, on two occasions residents actually said no, my mother couldn't sit with them when I asked, citing rules or saving a spot for someone regular. The only wish I have is that there was more information on each facility. For instance is the food good, are the residents kind, are there exercise classes? PositiveSafe place for a Loved one
Staff was really friendly. I liked the courtyard a lot. It had mature landscaping, and it was a safe place for them to be outside as there was no access for them to wonder away. There was a variety of sizes at different prices. We, due to budget, had one of the smallest ones. But the size still was OK for being a smaller floor plan. There's room to have guests and the big window made things feel bigger. It was very clean and updated.
