5 For all categories they were truly exceptional. Staff interaction with residents were warm, caring, and attentive. Loved the courtyard and view from room was great. Communication was open and responses to questions quick. Great memory care and transition to hospice services were seamless. Classes for families were informative and relevant topics. Overall, an excellent experience...very supportive of families. My Dad loved the music entertainment.

We were so fortunate to find this memory care facility and are very impressed with how caring all the staff is. The smaller size of residents really makes a difference in the personalized level of care received every day and our mother is very pleased too.

PositiveOur Experience
The facility has a home-like feeling. There is a central courtyard that is easy to access and allows for safe outdoor time. The staff are friendly and attentive. I can't specifically speak to move in or housekeeping. But I can reliably say there is a handyman gentleman who is very helpful and responsive. My father in law liked him a great deal. He helped with the move in process and the set up of television and cable. He was regularly available to troubleshoot or assist with a multitude of things.

We landed at Briargate after having had a terrible experience at another facility. The staff here at Briargate is top notch. They pay attention to the residents and engage with them in a caring and friendly way while also assessing the daily demeanor of the resident. If my brother feels a little off to them, they let me know. My brother had a medical emergency and the staff immediately called an ambulance, called me to let me know what ER to go to and followed up all week while he was in the hospital. I have comple…
