My family moved my parents into this assisted living facility in February. Sadly, my dad passed away just two weeks later. During an already difficult time, we spent months dealing with billing errors and poor communication. The facility overbilled my mom by more than $[removed] through ACH withdrawals from her bank account. Most of the rooms are shared bathrooms, which doesn't work out for sanitary reasons!! They have major issues with laundry service, and cleanliness of the room rooms! Communication with staff is horrible!

The Clare Bridge Program Ccordinator/Activities Director is amazing! She conducts many activities for the memory care patients and truly cares how each resident feels. The staff are wonderful people and dining services are tip top. The community is warm and welcoming but also safe for their memory care residents.

PositiveThey would be a great place for your loved one(s)
A very diverse group, it seems like they have different age groups with different with challenges. Very friendly staff. We have had a pretty good experience there. If I had to say anything, I would say room cleaning service. Vacuuming. Floor cleaning. They are great at trash removal. My father in law is still not happy, but I don't think it's anything to do with them, he just doesn't want to be anywhere but home, which won't happen because of his health. I wish they could push him into joining more actives.
