★★★★★
PositiveThe food is average. The staff and care are great. They just redid the laundry and cleaning schedule so it's working great now. The room size is adequate 351 sq ft. Move in was a little chaotic.
★★★★★
PositiveIf you bring a concern to any of the Med Techs, they respond immediately! Most of the staff is very willing to assist in any way they can. The common areas of Brookdale have just been painted, the rugs are currently being replaced and the cabinetry will be replaced next week in the dining room, so a big facelift for the facility. The residents are given the choices for meals by an aide for lunch and dinner
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is extremely clean. More than once, they missed giving my father his shower. We complained and they said they would handle it and they did not. Meds and lotions would disappear, not in his locker-locked away, just disappeared. They do not work with you or give you any suggestions on how or where to go for help. The director was upbeat and they will love facility. Just ANY over the counter meds....watch out!!!
★★★★★
PositiveVery clean and friendly place. I liked there memory center better than any I have visited. It is just very expensive.
★★★★★
PositiveOf all the assisted livings we toured, my mom said, “I can see myself here.” With everything on one floor, the setting felt more intimate. The activities were decided with monthly resident input. The menus were very tasty and nutritious. I highly recommend Brookdale.
★★★★★
PositiveIt is very nice there. My Mom is doing pretty well there. Very nice community. Caring caregivers, very clean and just the right amount of activities.
