We really like the facility. When my mother first moved in, a lot of the information that we needed was not given freely. We had a meeting with the wellness director to discuss services my mother really needed. However some of the items were still not getting taken care of. So I went back to the facility and spoke one on one with a director who immediately got everything taken care of. Everyone is so nice and I feel my mother is getting taken care of correctly. The rooms are small but adequate. The cosmetics need some updating. The staff is a 5. They are great. The food is a 3. My mom is in memory care so she doesn't remember much, but did say the food wasn't great. The dining room staff and chef are fantastic. Just the quality of food is lacking. In my opinion. Lots of activities for those that can. And pretty good in cleanliness. Probably 4

Highly discourage anyone to put their trust in this facility! Their number concern is getting your money NOT the care and wellbeing of your loved one. I also got cheated out of [fee removed]. Their top priority is filling the vacancies and the quality of care, cleanliness, and meals fall into the low priority category.

Everyone, even though short handed, tries to make my Mom happy. They have Bingo and card games and that keeps her active and has the social interaction with others. A lot of the people who work there like their jobs which the residents see and appreciate.
