PositiveBrookshire Chanate is located in a beautiful nature setting on a hill with trees everywhere. The apartments are clean, moderate and beautifully designed. [name removed] was wonderful. She gave us a thorough tour and answered all our questions. The food smelled wonderful.! We are delighted that they had an apartment available for my mom with 24/7 access to staff.

PositiveI recently took a tour of the Brookdale on Chanate Road in Santa Rosa. As soon as I drove up into the parking lot, I had a positive feeling inside. The appearance of the facility is beautiful and the inside of the facility met all my expectations. [name removed] and [name removed] answered all my questions and concerns as well as asking me important questions. It was a pretty emotional meeting for me as this is the first place that I visited, and they were very compassionate and patient with listening to everything…

PositiveException place all round my favorite of five I have seen. Beautiful setting and smiling residents visible. The first guide who asked about my health and stamina in my search for a place for my sister. That he cared to ask was a first in the five places I have visited, but not a deal maker, but I can’t help hoping that his caring concern is an accurate representation of the facility’s care C and professionalism.

PositiveThe staff, especially the lady giving the tour was warm and eager to help. I actually witnessed residents using the facilities. The studio had a little nook for a bed which made it more inviting. It was less fancy than some I toured. ( in a good way).
