★★★★★
PositiveBrookdale was great. My father in law passed away last October. The team took very good care of him until the end.
★★★★★
PositiveEverything has been great! They take very good care of her, beyond what I would have expected. She has a more aggressive personality, but they are so sweet. We are very satisfied.
★★★★★
PositiveWhat we like the most about the community is the friendly atmosphere and clean. My mother's room appears well maintained. Employees are friendly and I can see the care about the residents.
★★★★★
PositiveThe folks that I have interacted with are nothing short of amazing. My wife is a retired nurse and I can say from experience, it takes a special kind of person to help care for individuals with disabilities. At any level.
★★★★★
PositiveWe visited another facility and it was very different. The staff at Brookdale are very interactive with the residents. The food is simple, but tasty. Mom is in a shared room, but there's is plenty of space. The facility has all the comforts of home, and it feels very warm, just like being at home.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff was excellent. Very kind to father in law. The meals were good and on time. He did not do a lot of activities because of his dementia. They keep us up to date on his condition so when he got Pneumonia at the end we got him to the hospital and he did not suffer.
