BCO Best Staff Fall 2024-2026!

My father is almost 90 and he’s been at BCO since [date removed], right in the middle of Covid. He has had great care taken with him and has made many friends. The facility is always clean and well kept, the staff very nice, very friendly and knowledgeable.. the past year has been the best year yet; the executive director [name removed]is the most thorough, organized and personable Director. She made sure everybody was able to get to work during this past several days of snow and ice in North Texas. Otherwise famil

We are looking for a new place for my parents. My mom has dementia but my dads has not been happy where they are now. So hopefully he will like Brookdale. We have another tour set up for Saturday so they can visit and see what they think.

My Mom is very happy at Brookdale Collin Oaks. Take the parent with you to the community appointment visits so they will feel some control of where they will live and if they like the staff, residents, community, their apartment and the activities. My Mom is finally happy because we did this

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brookdale Collin Oaks. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and reassured that our loved ones would be in good hands. The staff is incredibly caring, attentive, and have treated my parents with so much kindness and respect. A special thank you to the director, [name removed], whose leadership sets the tone for everything. She is so compassionate, approachable, and incredibly responsive. Whether it's addressing concerns, offering support, or just checking in, [n

A nice place for mom

We have been very pleased with Brookdale Collin Oaks since my mom moved in three months ago. All of the staff seem to really care about the residents. Even when they don’t think anyone is watching I see them going out of their way to be kind and respectful to the residents. I feel very comfortable with the staff at Brookdale Collin Oaks caring for my mother. The facility is clean and spacious and mom says the food is good. She is happy to call Brookdale Collin Oaks her home.

The time we're just too small

The people were really nice. Seemed to really care. The courtyard is really pretty, and my mom's room had a great view. The small rooms were the big issue. Obviously, something they can't change. One thing I shared with them that they could change was acknowledging people when they come into the dining room. I know there was one other small thing, but I can't remember what it was.
