★★★★★
PositiveI am giving 4 stars, just because they have a hard time keeping cleaning staff. But my dad likes it there otherwise. He likes the food and the choices they give him.
★★★★★
PositiveResidents and staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Concerns are taken seriously and addressed. Many activities to choose from for all levels of abilities. So glad we chose this facility!
★★★★★
CriticalSo many reasons as to where to start. The elevator issue, being abruptly removed from her room due a person across the hall with bedbugs (for an entire week) with less than 30 minutes to vacate, insufficient staff for the facility for numerous duties (dining hall, cleaning crew, nursing, laundry service, management, etc.).

★★★★★
PositiveI wish they had more activities geared toward men. Staff is wonderful and my dad is very happy with the variety of meal choices, and says the food is very good.
★★★★★
PositiveThis wonderful facility was clean with friendly staff. The health and safety of the residents is a priority. The common areas are inviting, pleasant and easy to move around in. [name removed] was very accommodating and answered all of our questions regarding Brookdale Courtyard. The food looked good and there is a full calendar of activities for the residents. It’s located in a residential neighborhood which lends to the peaceful setting.
★★★★★
CriticalSince Covid hit the facility in April 2024, they lost many competent staff and have not obtained sufficient/competent people. The elevator issue for the six months or so doesn't work even at 50%. In my opinion, I would not keep my Mother there any longer, but we have no other resources
