The registration process was easy, and not pushy. The facility is clean looking. The baseboards and windowsills are relatively dust free, as well as the common areas. I like that the trash is removed from resident's room twice daily. Disappointed with our experience with [name removed]

We were not happy with the whole situation. My friend cannot walk and she needed more care than what they were providing. She was evaluated and they said she could come there. Whenever someone stepped foot in her room to do something for her, she was charged. It became very expensive. When she pulled her cord, sometimes it would take 2 hours for someone to come to change her. I have had to call sometimes at 2AM to try and get someone to go and change her because no one would. Best Place for an Older Staged Loved One

If you have a loved one that has reached a stage they need a community, this is better than a nursing home. Brookdale offers more for my loved one. My loved one know the staff well and has made friends, plus they have their own items in the room. My loved one has their own room with a shower. There was room to put a dorm size refrigerator in. The community is able to do linen and laundry service for my loved one, along with housekeeping. The community will come and get my loved one for meals and encourages activi…

The staff is amazing very efficient trained memory care, I visit often and see how all residents are clean healthy well cared of. {name removed} has been the lead on medical care, meds, doctors orders and team leader for all staff. All staff is very efficient and professional . We are so thankful we found Brookdale Danville.

Really liked this place. Everything all on one floor. [name removed] was very pleasant and could tell she cares for the patients there. Liked the outside part also because mom is an outside person. Cost is just a bit high for us.

I was very impressed when I toured this community. It was nice, bright and cheerful. The building was very clean and it looked like a great place to live. The residents looked happy and vibrant. I wouldn't choose anywhere else for my loved one.
