PositiveNice clean, quiet, lots of light. A central little courtyard for residents to use. My husband is now residing there for respite care. The minimum for respite care is 30 days, which seems to be different from other facilities which set maximums of about that length. Staff all called him by name during his check in. He has only been there 2 days, so no firm opinion on actual care yet . Lower rating for sales/marketing staff is because the sales manager we spoke with was no longer at the facility when I called 2 days…

PositiveVery supportive to [name removed] and our family... ..medication issues, too many cooks in the kitchen, the "as needed" meds were initially given with our approval, buy in, understanding after taking them to task, things resolved to our satisfaction

PositiveMy brother-in- law passed in August but was a resident for approximately 1 1/2 years. He was very happy there. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff outstanding, professional as well as kind. Lots of activities geared for those with dementia. The food was good as well as the snacks. In emergencies the staff is well trained and very thorough with getting proper care. Communication between staff and familes is very. Highly recommend.

PositiveThe place is a great fit for Mom. The food is questionable. I would recommend to others because they are doing a great job understanding my mothers advances dementia.

They make her feel comfortable and excepting of where she is. The building was remodeled 2-3 years ago and is very clean and maintained well. Her room is kept clean and tidy. The program staff make an effort to include everyone in the activities. As a family member I am encouraged to be involved. Safety is very important in the community, when doing activities or where the resid…

PositiveIt's a fairly quiet facility. I would suggest people observe more of what goes on vs just getting a tour to see how staff interact with residents.
