Wonderful Care Staff/Exorbitant Fees

The staff that takes care of our mom is very good. Kind and caring. We feel very comfortable with the care they provide. But there are two areas of concern for our family. First, we do not understand why the personal care charges are so very high, and we have many times requested detailed invoices but have never received one. Above & Beyond

My dad has been living here for a few years now. Recently he wanted to join a lunch outing, but I hadn't been by to bring him cash yet.[Name Removed] the Executive Director, paid for his lunch. When I reached out to settle up she simply said it was her pleasure. Before moving here dad's social life was mostly just as a passenger to my social life. I have lived at Brookdale Everett for four years and am so happy to be here! I have made so many new dear friends that are now like family. We enjoy many group activities Such as watching football or baseball. Trivia is also popular. I relearned how to watercolor paint and am getting better. Welcome home

I have lived in this community for four years and love the staff and residents. Many now feel like family to me. I was recently in the hospital and a get well sign was made and signed by friends. Made me feel loved and missed. So Come join us! Lots of fun activities and we gather to watch football and baseball, cheering from the living room. More fun than watching alone!

A wonderful place to live!

Everyone here is so friendly. Our Executive Director is top notch. A nurse herself previously and her willingness to help the residents is touching, an open door policy, which is completely different from the three prior Executive Directors, in the over six years I have been here. Caring staff

My friend [Name Removed] has lived at Brookdale Everett for some time now. She feels at home and has many close bonds. She often mentions that the food is really good. They have live music, movies, bingo and they keep the facility well maintained. She really feels comfortable with Ivy and Fato on her care team Tricia is very kind and helpful.
