PositiveIt was a nice facility, however the room seemed small even the two bedroom. Two bathrooms with a two bedroom seemed to be a waste of space for the apartment.

PositiveI have nothing but good things to say about Brookdale Folsom. Very caring, attentive staff helped my dad in his final days under hospice care. Very clean facility and would highly recommend.
★★★★★
PositiveI felt the staff was really friendly and caring! I don't think my sister was in the condition we thought she was in! She wasn't as well as we thought she was. One complaint with one night nurses one time. I think she complained to the staff not sure though. It was once and only 1 person. I wasn't there so she could have misunderstood the situation. If she was in better condition I feel it was a very good with a very good staff??!
★★★★★
PositiveThey are taking great care of mom, helping with fall prevention, and offer services a la carte which I really appreciate. They could improve on communication.

PositiveStaff was lovely, food was good. My mother knew her home had not been sold and she wanted to go home. Signed herself out after 7 months. Now has dementia diagnosis and we are looking to put her back in someplace. Sell the home! . Laundry not always prompt but no other complaints on the facility
