Staff is very nice, need more activities clients enjoy. Bingo is 2 days a week could be 4 . Room size is very nice. Would be helpful to receive tv guide and pamphlet explaining what you will be charged for. Where to put trash buy your own laundry soap ect. You seem to get info a peace at a time. Response can be lengthy at times but understand.

I recently visited Brookdale Senior Living in Granger, IN. I was pleasantly surprised with the staff which I met, the facilities, the Nurse, the Marketing Director, Destiny Light & how they helped me decide where to go & what care that is right for me.

OVERALL WOULD RECOMMEND

Brookdale was the perfect place fo my uncle!! It's a smaller more intimate setting where everyone knows everyone like a family. The staff treats residents like friends and never talks down to them like children. The administration was so helpful to us from the first day I came in to tour the place for my uncle. My uncle loves the nurses and aides who always make him feel special and they check on him often. He loves the food and the 2 chefs have become his friends. I am very happy with Brookdale. The people are very good and the is made fresh every day. There is plenty to do and appt . Is very nice. I would recommend Brookdale to anyone. I have told my friends. The staff is very friendly and through. The foods is always fresh and good!

I guess the main thing is it didn't fit my brother's vision of what he would like. The whole thing of checking these places out is so HE can make the choice.

Had my mother there 2 years ago and an elderly friend that we took care of last year. So these answers are from then not present. [name removed] and [name removed] were exceptional most all of the staff were kind and patient and caring.
