The care is good but the administration is untruthful about Medicaid acceptance. They said they did when I asked before I placed my husband there and when it came time to apply for it, they refused to certify a room for him or move him to one of the four rooms that were Medicaid certified. This resulted in my need to move him to a different facility. Very sad situation.

This has been a heartbreaking journey with mom's dementia. We have been blessed with Brookdale and their wonderful staff. They have helped me understand how to cope with all the challenges this disease comes with.

Great Place to Live That Feels Like Home

The staff at Brookdale Greenville are great people, always willing to help in any way that they can. If anything happens to my father, like a fall or he cut himself or if they feel he needs doctors care, they call and explain everything. The facility is very clean and everyone is friendly. The meals are great and everyone is taken to the café for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This allows everyone to get to know each other. I would recommend Brookdale Greenville to anyone needing a great place to call home.

I highly recommend Brookdale, and would advise others to take a look and check it out. they've been great for us; we especially like the friendliness of the people and the care they have provided for my mother.
