Brookdale Hearthstone Moses Lake

The people were nice, we went over what I needed to stay there. Talked about Medicaid and how it can help me. Gave me a tour of rooms, dining, TV area, and pool room. Help with filling out paperwork on finances and who to go to. I'm trying to come up with a plan to stay there.

Met with the Director, and she was very kind, and listened to our needs. She is obviously very proud of her facility and happily showed it off during our tour. I especially appreciated seeing her stop to greet residents by name, and make sure they were taken care of as we continued the tour. The facility was spacious, light, and sunny, and smelled fresh and clean. The residents seemed healthy, happy and comfortable. I would be pleased to recommend Brookdale Hearthstone to anyone who needs assisted living care.

Nice place. But could use more staff. Very friendly staff and beautiful environment.

rates too high

The food was not good, they were very small portions. When sick, they would not help call the ambulance. They rates raised to point we had to find something else!

Great experience at the open house

The Ed of Brookdale from the open house I attend was so friendly and attentive. She was making a smoothie for a resident there. She was so caring. I came in with a family member of a resident and you can tell she truly cared. The staff was always smiling and laughing. The culture was amazing and so welcoming. I will make sure to tell everyone I know how much it has changed there. Great job everyone! Keep it up! I love the movie theater and the snack area

Efficient and very companionate staff.

From the get go, the staff was on their toes. Everyone had a job to do, and the ease with which we were able to move our friend into a room was seamless. There was compassion in their agenda.
