Review for Brookdale Kenmore

I think that Brookdale Kenmore is the best. The staff was very compassionate and accessible. The rooms were large and cleaned weekly. The laundry was taken care of weekly as well.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND SUPPORT SERVICES

My Mother was a Resident at Brookdale Kenmore for the past 3 1/2 years and passed away recently at age 98. Without exception, the Management and Staff of this facility did an exceptional job supporting her while she lived there. Their attention to detail and general support made Mom's transition from living on her own to an Assisted Living environment a very positive experience, not only for Mom, but for the family as well.

Me and Mom's experience

Its not that they did a horrible job or anything, but my mother wasn't thrilled with the Aid they had helping her, and my mother took a fall, was taken to ecmc, and was there 16 hours before ecmc called to let me know. I never received a phone call to inform me she went to the hospital. Majority of staff was good though. Food and activities were also good. Head nurse at brookdale was always informative and nice, she was great. Cleanliness of the place was very good. Room size was perfect for what she needed.

My mother is very happy living at Brookdale. The staff is very kind and caring. She loves the food. Ice cream every day! The apartment size is just right. Housekeeping and laundry are commendable

Brookdale Kenmore

In the grand scheme of things it's one of the nicer places around. Slightly more expensive, but decent.
