CriticalThe place is clean but rooms are depressing and very bare. Billing is biggest complaint. They bill on 45 day cycle and so costs vary. Very hard to plan on a budget. People are quick to get you in but then it's hard to get a call back from billing dept and if you need records for a transfer.

★★★★★
PositiveThe staff guided me through the admissions process, making everything easy. Resident RN's coordinated getting my loved one's bed and wheelchair ordered prior to her arrival. They also synced all the different meds that she was prescribed at the various rehab facilities with her primary care physician. The rooms and common areas are cleaned daily. The food is great and there are plenty of activities like bingo to keep her occupied. The staff is attentive and always available to help out. Just last night, mom comment…

★★★★★
PositiveWe really liked how the residents on the memory care side seemed to be all about the same level as our loved one. When it comes to the activities they do as much as they can, they play bingo, have little programs and they take the residents outside. Based on our families experience so far we would recommend the Brookdale Kettleman Lane to other families .
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff really is attentive to the residents. They give hugs and try to make sure the residents feel good and engage in conversations. They'll arrange the residents with other residents they think they'll be able to talk with and have conversations with. I really like the communication there. And my loved one is getting involved in more activities, things like art classes, exercises, etc..
★★★★★
PositiveBeautiful facility with every imaginable amenity but priced way out of my league.
