Friendly people. Clean facility. Effecient staff. Give good information and answers all questions. Hopefully I will be moving in by the end of the month.

Overall would recommend

[name removed] was excellent and a representation of all the staff we interacted with at the facility. All the residents were friendly and welcoming. The units were all being rehabbed for new tenants and were a great size for an individual or a couple. The facility on the lake was a huge plus. Some of the interior is a bit dated but in good repair and well taken care of. I would move there without question.

Brookdale Lake Tavares has extremely friendly and helpful staff and residents.

Brookdale Lake Tavares seems to be well run. It is spacious, with lots of rooms (library, bingo/game area, outside areas, large dining room, laundry and more). The staff is knowledgeable, easy to talk to and takes ownership of tasks, even if it isn't theirs. The private rooms are well done and have windows in each area. Our visit was successful and pleasant.

It was a treasure to tour this property and learn more of what it offers. It is an older facility but maintained nicely and had many options for social gatherings, entertainment and pleasant surrounds to relax and 3nhoy. The view over the lake is peaceful and offers a nice walking path. The apartment offered had a view and was clean and nice sized rooms. The property manager was patient, informative and easy to talk with. The halls are a little narrow but residents took pride in their entry doors. Very pleasant env…

Review for Brookdale Lake Tavares

They are to short handed and I'm not sure no proof but my mother walked in just fine and day by day declined , didn't need a walker then started using one , started hallucinating! She just declined way to fast in my opinion and other residence made comments to the same effects of what was happening . Idk just felt something's not right.
