I enjoyed my tour and found it very informative. The facility was clean, cheery and the residents were engaged with the activities. The sales rep explained to us, my husband and I, what the staff does and what activities are like as well as the menu. We talked about health issues and how they work medication as well as any health appointments. I would highly recommend Brookdale! Very clean with friendly staff. I will say that Brookdale is about the people there more than anything. My sister is loving it!

Looking for a place for my sister is probably one of the toughest things I've done. Brookdale made it an easier process than I expected. We were immediately greeted warmly. The tour was very informative and time was taken to answer questions. The place was clean, the staff friendly, and residents we chatted with expressed how much they liked living there. She was excited about moving there. I believe she will be happy.

I can't say enough good things about Brookdale Lakewood. I'm just sorry my sister had such a short stay there. She has passed away. I will recommend it to everyone I come in contact with that needs an assisted living home.

a caring, well managed facility

it's an excellent facility, very well managed and maintained. Great staff and my mom is very happy there. And she was not al all willing to make the move. She is really happy there and had a terrific impression of senior living facilities, largely because she was the attending physician and medical director of several nursing homes in the Western New York area, for about 15 years before she retired from medicine

We are very happy with everything from staff to food. I have been very impressed with the staff, after just 2 days they all called my Mother by name every time they saw her. The meals are fantastic such a great assortment of items at each meal. My Mom gets her room cleaned twice a week and laundry weekly. The social activities are great. I am very pleased with the whole Brookdale experience!
