The facility could use a good cleaning. There are developmental delayed residents there who are not cared for properly. One that I know personally whose hands are often black with dirt because nobody will remind or help her to wash her hands! Residents need more personal care

Brookdale is a wonderful place for my Mom. They have many activities and the girls who work there are very sweet and loving to Mom. My Mom especially likes the scenic bus rides every Friday. PositiveNot Happy With The Visiting Doctor
Everything is wonderful for my mom and she has tried a few activities. She is waiting for instructions on how to play some other games that was at a different place. The meals taste bland and some of the meals have tough meat and tough veggies, she is having an issue with that. They told us they have a doctor that comes to the facility, which is the main reason we picked them. We made an appointment and the doctor did not show up. I am not happy about that because we made a trip to the community and we need her to …
