★★★★★
PositiveGreat place with some rooms having a balcony! The nurse assessing my mom seemed inexperienced. As so happens my mom had to go to a rehab facility but this was our first choice. Fantastic activities director: Valentine’s Day included galentines and wine and chocolate tasting!
★★★★★
PositiveTouring this facility was very nice. Tour associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated the respect towards Veterans. The tour room looked very nice and was easy to see how furniture we have could fit in the room. I appreciated the associate listening to myself and my parent.
★★★★★
PositiveWe recently toured Brookdale for our brother who was recovering from a stroke. It was an excellent experience start to finish. It is extremely well maintained and very clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful and especially [name removed] who spent a lot of time answering our questions and showing us the facility. Although it was not our brother’s choice, we are keeping it in mind for our mom who is considered a move. We highly recommend!
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is great! Welcomed us warmly, always polite and efficient, personal. Facility is clean and smaller than most (we've been in two others), more intimate. Plenty of activities, food is good (sometimes great!). We're in one of their deluxe singles which has plenty of room for normal living and room for our crafts. All in all, we'll be staying here!
★★★★★
PositiveActivities Director is unfilled position. Resident complains about food. Caring staff, accepts spend down Medicaid patients, excellent med and nursing staff.
