PositiveWarm and welcoming
Warm kind people, well maintained, and many choices in the restaurant. She wanted a small space on the ground floor so she could keep her dog, which she has. She had a choice to move into a larger place, but decided to stick with a studio because of the location. She feels very much at home there.

We can relax knowing she is happy, making friends, and getting regular exercise, which gives us peace of mind. She seems well cared for and engaged in daily activities, which is very reassuring for our family. Brookdale is also very convenient for us to visit often, and the staff are always welcoming and attentive. It’s comforting to see her doing so well in a supportive environment. Overall, we’re very pleased with her care—good job, Brookdale.

The staff are wonderful. My mom loves the food. It feels very welcoming. The activities director is extremely passionate. There hasn't been a ton of follow-up since moving in (reassessing care levels) and it's been hard to get in touch with nursing about some med questions.

He was there for only six hours before he landed in the ER and was in the hospital for two days then passed away. I would highly recommend Brookdale because they have amazing staff from the Manager down. Delightful people who made things so seamless. Great facility.
