Brookdale Nine Mile

[name removed] led me through the complex and answered all of my questions. I was especially impressed with the care and the focus of this facility. I would have no trouble placing a loved member of the family here.

5+ on all. What we like the most about the community is the Professional, caring staff; clean big rooms; specialized care. We would 100% recommend Brookdale Nine Mile community to other families based on our experience so far.

I highly recommend this facility!!!! It's beautiful and personal more like a vacation than a memory care. The rooms are spacious with private baths. They are amazing!!!

Most of the administration is caring. The director is not very active with family and clients. The long term employees are knowledgeable and caring with the clients. The facility is clean and they decorate for the clients. Yes I would recommend this facility, I think on a whole it is + place

Wonderful Care

The staff and facility are focused on supporting and helping the tenants and make sure everyone is looked after and cared for. They have treated my dad very well and he is happy being there! This means the world to us. There was a time period when dad was unhappy with the food and that it was usually cold, not kept hot properly. Then they brought in a new cook, and things seem to be improving. He is happy with the staff and care, so the cold food was the main issue for a while.

Past experience at Brookdale Nine Mile

On all 8 items I would have to give top scores. 5 across the board. I found all the folks at Brookdale to be friendly and helpful, and the health care staff were awesome. My only concern was that they should have been in more of an acute care facility. Their needs were more than the average memory care patient and while I couldn't see it then, I do now. Perhaps the intake process could be updated to see "deeper" into the patients needs. I don't think the give classes in prognostication.... but perhaps a medical pe…
