The staff is excellent and give wonderful care. I know my mother has had some difficulties with the food. Sometimes it's too salty or too much. I think she also really misses not having fresh fruit available daily. I usually have to bring her fresh fruit if she wants any. I think in particular [name removed] and the desk service team are wonderful and quick to help and answer questions. My mom also loves all the Med Tech's and they are so patient with her. I really appreciate them.

encourage clients to look at MC and not just AL. Ended up moving her to memory care after just a couple of months. in retrospect touring MC should have been more on my radar. Appreciate Brookdale has. With AL and MC. That definitely made navigating these big changes so much easier. And I fell better knowing my mom helped pick Brookdale, which in turn made the transition to MC work as well as could be.

The facility is not too large and therefore, I think there is a greater level of care. Everyone who works there, including the manager chips and to help when needed. The have won several awards over the last few years. I would highly recommend Brookdale North Austin to anyone!
